I was born in Lublin on March 26, 1980.

Summary:

Since 2003, my professional activity has been strongly linked to Internet. For the past few years, I had an opportunity to:
- set up and expand an interactive agency, enzo.pl
- create a highly popular social network service  Sport24.pl website which was granted numerous awards in the business
- deal with strategic consultancy in the area of e-Commerce and Media Social while working for the largest companies in the financial industry, FMCG and other

All this helped me understand the needs of all parties: publishers, media houses, clients which makes me a competent and effective entity to provide strategic consultancy services

Professionally:

Currently I offer strategic consultancy services in the following  areas:

  • Social Media – I analyze the market and available tools, then define the objectives, prepare and implement strategies for action on social media
  • e-Commerce – consulting and implementation of e-commerce solutions in enterprises (solutions which streamline sales, reduce costs and enable accessing the global market with a current product or service offer)

In my work I make use of my experience gained during my cooperation with major clients, creating for them social media and e-commerce strategies, experience gained during website design and implementation as well as experience gained during running/management of online marketing companies (with extensive use of high technologies) dealing especially with social media marketing, search engine marketing and performance marketing.

I am glad to get back to many successes.  My brainchild, Sport24.pl website – the first Polish social network service for sport fans, was awarded Best sports and recreation website 2008 in the largest trade competition (winning 2 Webstar awards, from the Jury and from Internet users),

  • I was a Management Board Member at Clickad Ltd, responsible for company restructuting. One of my main tasks at Clickad was bilding brand trust. Clickad Group which is composed of three companies:
    Clickad Sp. z o.o. – pioneer at Internet marketing offering comprehensive marketing and online advertising services. Clickad is a ROI oriented agency developing interactive marketing solutions. Combination of experience in building advertising strategy and new technology ensures comprehensive and professional services to Clickad customers.
    Directtraffic Sp. z o.o. – agency offering comprehensive SEM (Search Engine Marketing) services. The company provides unique, customized solutions. It offers comprehensive organic search and sponsored boxes services. Its experience and expertise allow Directtraffic to offer a broad range of proprietary solutions adjusted to the needs of direct accounts, media agencies and media advertising agencies.
    AdLeader Sp. z o.o. – agency providing Performance Marketing services in Poland. Direct result and purpose of AdLeader operations is increased sales of promoted products and services of our customers.
  • Until the end of June 2009, I acted as New Media Development Director
  • In 2003, I set up an interactive agency, Enzo sp. z o.o. (www.enzo.pl)
  • I worked several times abroad, among others, in the restaurant business.

Education

  • I completed the MBA program at Koźmiński University (former: Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management).
  • I have a degree in Economics; I graduated from Catholic University of Lublin (supervisor: minister of finance: prof. Zyta Gilowska)
  • Cambridge Regional College – English and Spanish language courses in UK

Hobbies

In my leisure time, I take part in go-kart competitions.

Interesting notes

  • I lived abroad for over 5 years, two of which I spent in Antwerp (I received 2-year instruction at a primary school and I learned Dutch at that time); I lived in Cambridge for over one year. While abroad, I learned and worked as: plumber, floor sander, glass collector, bar tender, manager.
  • In primary school, sport was the only thing that kept me going; I won “Best School Sportsman” competition while in Antwerp, Belgium and later while studying in Lublin, Poland.
  • I had an intellectual adventure while studying other subjects: philosophy (for two years), law (one year)
  • I completed many trainings and courses, among others, as a student-> three-month course for leaders of Young Democracy foundation.
